The Architectural Office Andreas Michailidis & Associate Architects was founded in 1987 on the island of Rhodes by the architect Andreas Michailidis.
The firm deals with architectural design, management and organization of projects for single-family housing complexes, large commercial, sports and industrial complexes, educational buildings and mainly for tourist facilities.

Since the beginning of the office's operation, there have been collaborations with numerous design offices on large-scale projects, mainly of a touristic nature.
Today the office has a great experience as it has expanded and completed over 600 projects on the island of Rhodes and has designed in at least fifteen Aegean islands.
It consists of stable members and is staffed, apart from its founder, by a team of architects, decorators and engineers of other specialties for the excellence of the studies and services it offers.
Our office is distinguished for the thoroughness of the studies and the professional services it offers.
The design orientations of the office have to do with Modern Rationality, which uses the cutting-edge technologies of our time, for energy saving, in the context of Bioclimatic Architecture and Passive Design, based on the accumulated experience through the historical journey of Architecture.

Our consultancy services are designed to provide clients with expert guidance and support throughout their building projects. Our team of experienced architects, engineers and designers offer a range of services to help clients navigate each stage of the architectural process, from initial design to project completion.
Design is our core business. We specialize in providing conceptual design services to clients looking to bring their vision for a building project to life. A large number of design alternatives are explored and visualized almost "live", so that the customer can safely choose which solution best suits their personal needs.
We coordinate all project participants and experts in order to achieve smooth collaboration and produce the complete package of design development plans.
We undertake the entire process of issuing all the necessary permits from the competent authorities. Our city permitting services are designed to help clients navigate the complex permitting process with ease, ensuring their project meets all applicable codes and regulations.
Working with construction managers we can help clients prepare detailed construction documentation, including plans, specifications and schedules, to ensure the construction process runs smoothly and efficiently.
In small and medium-sized projects we undertake construction supervision. In larger scale projects we use external partners.
We undertake the preparation of Expert Reports based on Greek building, construction and safety standards, as well as local and customary practice. We review cases that are usually provided to us by law firms, in order to provide the (foreign) courts with knowledge and understanding of Greek standards and regulations. We also investigate whether there were elements of design or construction that contribute to the finding of error and violation of the Greek Health and Safety Regulations in a given case.
